Onsite audit of your workflow practices, including work ticket management, time clock management, inventory practices, record keeping, and more.
Includes a detailed report of current workflow, what works well, and potential obstacles.
**If you purchase an audit and decide to use the consultation service, the audit fee will be deducted from the total consultation fee**
Includes workflow audit. Once areas of improvement have been identified, I will provide ongoing direction, working directly with management to implement best practices in the areas of sales, production, inventory, and crew management.
I will provide personalized training and implementation to your management team for eight (8) weeks.

¡Yo hablo español! I can work directly with your crews, crew leaders, and supervisors, helping them to understand and utilize technology and the processes we will be implementing, saving you the headache of navigating the language and culture barriers. One week of on-the-job crew training.
All the above services will provided on an ongoing monthly basis, with termination of services at any time after the minimum contract period. An exit audit will be provided at the termination of services.
